Circa 1900 and made by Shapland and Petter of Barnstaple North Devon, this stunning bedroom suite is constructed of Satinwood, and has line inlay to the drawers of the dressing table..The dressing table incorpurates features of both awashstand and a dressing table in one, a most useful piece of furniture as not only does it have drawers, it also has a cupboard too...The mirrors are in superb condition and elegantly shaped and bevelled...The outer mirrors are positioned on beautiful brass supports which move freely to allow the mirrors to be positioned in numerous differnent ways, the central mirror tilts back and forth...an extremely well designed dressing table with the added benefit of being in satinwood, which is a generally kept for banding or inlay panels not for the whole body of a piece....
