Dating to circa 1900 a French Bombe Chest/Commode.

A particularly attractive item being veneered in a blond mahogany with line inlay. The serpentine shaped top has a dark grey and white variegated marble top and below are 3 drawers each with impressive brass rococo scrolling handles and to the knees of the chest are figural brass mounts again very attractive depicting maidens with intertwining foliage. The whole raised on swept supports. Overall condition is excellent although the marble has been repaired at some stage in the past...
