Pair of matching Edwardian wing armchairs in the Georgian style

A beautiful pair of almost identical wing armchairs, Edwardian in date Georgian in style, these fabulous armchairs have been stripped to a bare frame, rewebbed, resprung, and reupholstered traditionally after thoroughly checking the frames for loose joints. They stand on elegant square supports with stretchers and have been covered in a stunning duck egg soft blue/green damask with gold foliate design. The arms and wings having been accented by use of antique studs to enhance their attractive shape. This stud work continues around the base of the chair and the top of the wings also.
