Beautiful late Victorian solid mahogany sofa A beautiful late Victorian solid mahogany show wood framed sofa of excellent proportions.The serpentine shaped front seat is overstuffed and very comfortable. The open arms hhave upholstered pads on them with contrasting panels to the back, between which is a gorgeous pierced fret work and foliate central feature. The whole raised on short cabriole legs and casters. The price includes full restoration, including stripping to a bare frame, clamping as necessary prior to traditionally reupholstering, if you are quick you are welcome to direct me in the choice of material to be used for the top coat.
