Stunning R Gors and Kallmann of Berlin Baby Grand piano

A stunning example of a baby grand piano in gloss black by the highly respected firm of Gors and kallmann of Berlin. This piano is simply stunning, the gloss black case with rosewood interior and gilt frame are truly impressive. The original bucket brass casters shone to highlight the contrast with the inscription in gilt "R Gors and Kallmann of Berlin" on the fall of the piano. The case is in lovely condition and internally the hammers and felts are in excellent condition as are the strings, the soundboard has no splits and the whole piano has been well cared for. This baby grand piano is overstrung and iron framed, the lowest note being an A and the top note also an A means this piano has 50 ivory keys (all good condition) and 35 ebony keys (again all good condition). In concert pitch this piano has a fabulous bright and wonderful tone, it is very responsive and can play as loud as one would ever wish. Being a German piano by one of the foremost makers this piano will suit all abilities of pianist.The whole raised on large impressive tapering legs and original highly buffed brass bucket casters. The serial number of 42365 can be found on the case (date to be confirmed).
