Circa 1900 Cold Painted Winged Nymph

This period French table lamp dating to 1900, depicting a beautiful winged nymph simply oozes charm. Raised on a circular plinth with scrolling emblem this little winged nymph stands looking wistfully into the distance with green swathe of material flowing in the wind and to the rear are 4 protruding dragon fly style wings. Pretty face with naturalistic hair and good definition of detail to face, fingers, feet and wings.
Very good condition for age and comes rewired with new antique style silk flex and complementary shade.
