Wonderful Signed Victorian Spelter Cherub Lamp A gorgeous Victorian
Spelter Cherub table lamp with indistinct signature. This attractive
scantily clad cherub looking out to sea stands on a ships steering
wheel and rocky precipice raised on original turned ebonised base,
this particular cherub is very characterful and has wonderful detail
to the face, hands and feet. A very attractive figure which had the
added benefit of being a table lamp as well as a beautiful ornament.
The copper rod which runs up the back of the figure holds the electrical
flex which terminates in brass bayonet and lovely opaque reeded shade
in the form of an upturned flower.
