Edwardian Empire Style Chandelier

 

A gorgeous little Edwardian Empire style chandelier, being a lot shorter in proportions than those normally found of this style makes this ideal for lower ceilings where you still want that wonderful elegant glamour that only this style of chandelier can produce. The slender neck made up of swags of graduated hexagonal faceted glass drops attached to a wonderfully ornate pelmet and central gilt rim, the lower purse section again constructed of similar graduated hexagonal glass drops, full and interesting and a great size. Supplied with its original ceiling rose this arrives rewired and ready to install by a qualified electrician. (The large rather cumbersome bayonet will be replaced by a smaller brass bayonet and will be far more discreet than the one in the photograph)
