Circa 1830, an Early 19th Century Mahogany Work Box of fine proportions.
This delightful piece features a drop flap top of figured mahogany beneath which
lies 2 drawers of graduated size, the top one being fitted with ivory handled
lids and compartments (supplied with key). Beneath is a large sewing well which
slides out for easy access. To the other end of this fabulous work box are dummy
drawers to replicate the aforementioned. Finally the whole raised on very fine
