Large 19th Century Gentleman's Wing Armchair in the George 111 style. This stunning
classically designed chair dating to the late C19th Century has been rebuilt in
our workshops from a bare frame. A design commonplace in the 18th Century this
chair features large curved wings above the scrolled arms (in those days to escape
drafts). Traditionally upholstered with horse hair, calico and finally a stunning
material depicting bright gold rope twists and tassels. The whole raised on solid
